如何參加 How to Participate
參加方法
(1) 組隊參加
‧ 廣邀家人／教會團契／公司同事／學校校友等組隊。
‧ 每位隊友報名費$20，一人填一份報名表或使用團體報名表（可於www.
cchc.org/walk 下載）。
‧ 角聲將贈送紀念T 恤及飲品予各隊員。請各隊員盡力尋找贊助人。
(2) 個人參加
‧ 填寫報名表，並繳交20 元報名費。角聲將贈送紀念T 恤及飲品。
‧ 盡力尋找贊助人，越多人贊助越好。
‧ 您可以為自己訂立目標，例如請多少人支持，籌款多少等。個人籌募$500
或以上者，可獲紀念品。您只需要找20 位支持者，每位支持您$25；或找
10 位，每位支持您$50，就達到$500 了。

(1) Groups
‧ Invite your family, friends, church fellowship and co-workers to form a team.
‧ Each individual team member is required to submit a $20 registration fee and a
completed application form. A group form is available at www.cchc.org/walk. A T-shirt
and beverage will be included with the registration fee. Each member should try their
best to look for sponsors.
(2) Individuals
‧ Please submit a completed application form and a $20 registration fee. A T-shirt and
beverage will be included with the registration fee.
‧ Ask friends and family to support you.
‧ Set a goal for yourself: For example, determine a set number of people to support you or
raise a set amount. Individuals who raise $500 or more will receive a gift. To raise $500,
you can find 20 sponsors to support you at $25 each, or 10 sponsors to support you at $50
each.

1) 籌得$500 元或以上 或 2) 籌得$100 元或以上及有十位或以上金錢贊助者，可獲紀念品，以茲鼓勵。
‧ 教會／團體參加者達50 人者，每人可得有教會／團體標誌的便帽一頂。
Walkathon Incentives
‧ Individuals who 1) have raised $500 or more OR 2) have raised $100 or more with 10
or more sponsors will receive a souvenir gift.
‧ For groups of 50 or more people, each participant will have a cap with your logo.
